Kathy Wilkes, MBA
Ms. Wilkes is the Executive Director of HealthARCH. She has many years of experience in medical operations, government, development and education. Ms. Wilkes joined HealthARCH in November 2015 to lead the ongoing transition of the organization from a grant-focused entity to a fee-for-service consultancy. Her experience as CEO of two Federally Qualified Health Centers has given her rich insight into clinic management, provider relations, grant development, community collaboration and partnerships. Ms. Wilkes has outstanding relationships with the community physicians and relates to the issues they are facing as we move forward toward transformation and interoperability. She is a champion, not only for the community physician, but for the community as a whole and embodies the goals of UCF and the College of Medicine of being the partnering university. Ms. Wilkes holds an MBA from DePaul University.
Jason Alexander, PCMH CCE
Assistant Director of Operations
Mr. Alexander serves as a trusted advisor to medical practices and helps them adopt, implement, and efficiently using Health Information Technology. As the Assistant Director of Operations at HealthARCH, he supports medical professionals with EHR implementation, Patient Centered Medical Home, Patient Centered Specialty Practice and other Health IT consulting needs. He has a strong background in practice management and was the Operations Manager at a non-profit free clinic for the uninsured where he was responsible for the daily operations and managed the practice in their efforts to gain NCQA PCMH Level 2 recognition. Mr. Alexander graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Management and is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert.
Assistant Director of Business Development
Mr. Langdon is responsible for the development and deployment of HealthARCH’s professional services, education and events. The Business Development Department provides sales and market support to HealthARCH’s team of experts in the field assisting providers to adopt, implement and meaningfully use health information technology. Prior to joining HealthARCH, Scott was Vice President of Administration and Communications for the Florida Health Care Coalition, comprised of large public and private sector employers working to improve the quality of health care.
Mr. Langdon has served on the Board of the Central Florida Regional Health Information Organization (CFRHIO), the Board of the Primary Care Access Network (PCAN), and on Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) ePrescribe Advisory Panel. Mr. Langdon received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
Jordon Schagrin, MHCI, PCMH CCE
Assistant Director of Quality Programs
Mr. Schagrin has a diverse background in healthcare management, EHR Support, sales and program development. He is responsible for overseeing all client services and sales activities including MACRA, Meaningful Use and PCMH. He previously held the role of Program Manager for PCMH Recognition Services where he was instrumental in the creation of HealthARCH’s PCMH service line. Mr. Schagrin is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert.
Mr. Schagrin holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Central Florida.
