Omayra Class, MHCI, MCP
Ms. Class provides education and technical assistance support to providers. She has over eight years of experience in IT project management. She specializes in MACRA, Meaningful Use, EHR adoption and implementation and PQRS support. Ms. Class holds an M.S. degree in Health Care Informatics from the University of Central Florida.
Mitesh Desai, MMM, MHCI
Mr. Desai is responsible for special projects and Patient Centered Medical Home transformation and recognition support. He brings many years of experience in business management, improving business processes and performance, healthcare analytics and project management. Most recently, he successfully managed Quality Measures programs for two area ACOs.
Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master’s degree in Management, both from the University of Mumbai, India. He has also earned his Master’s in Health Care Informatics from the University of Central Florida where he graduated with honors.
Jessica Hinkle, RHIA, AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer
Ms. Hinkle is a Registered Health Information Administrator and an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer who offers training, education and technical assistance to providers and practice staff in the areas of ICD-10 coding, E/M documentation, billing audits, Security Risk Assessments, and HIPAA Compliance. She also provides outreach support and customer service. Prior to her current role, she was an HIM Analyst at Orlando Health. She holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Kelsey Jacobs, PCMH CCE
Ms. Jacobs is an account manager specializing in Patient Centered Medical Home services. She has a diverse background in both the administrative and clinical sides of ambulatory health care. She holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration and is completing her M.S in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida and is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert.
Erika Krivenko, PCMH CCE, CMOM
Ms. Krivenko is a Senior Consultant at HealthARCH. She supports medical professionals with practice improvement with a focus on Patient Centered Medical Home transformation and recognition. Ms. Krivenko has a strong background in practice management and business development. She was most recently responsible for Practice Improvement – Patient Centered Medical Home at Florida Hospital Medical Group, Central Florida’s largest multi-specialty group with over 160 office sites, where she oversaw their successful efforts to attain NCQA PCMH Level 3 recognition for all of their primary care practice sites. Ms. Krivenko received her B.A. degree from Florida State University, is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert and is a Certified Medical Office Manager.
Kelly Dunn Lowenberg, MA, CCS-P, AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer
Ms. Lowenberg is an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer who offers training, education and technical assistance to providers and practice staff in the areas of ICD-10-CM coding, E/M documentation, billing audits, EHR adoption and meaningful use. Ms. Lowenberg holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
Jikal Patel, MHCI
Ms. Patel oversees the analytics, logistics, and financial aspects of HealthARCH, including quality assurance and management processes compliance. She provides guidance in strategic business solutions, whether through report generation, statistical research, or analysis of large qualitative data sets. She served as a member of the ONC Change Advisory Board on pilot programs in support of Health IT efforts nationwide.
Prior to joining HealthARCH, Ms. Patel worked as an IT specialist for government agencies such as the Department of Children and Families as well as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement providing technical assistance and training for numerous systems that have been integral to the improvement of workflow management.
Juan Carlos Plaza, MSBI
Mr. Plaza currently provides practice support for Meaningful Use. He has a background in business development and account management in the pharmaceutical and laboratory industries. He is a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. He holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from Florida State University and a M.S. degree in Biomedical Informatics from Nova Southeastern University.
HealthARCH Administrative Staff
Ms. Hersman provides support for business operations and administration. Her responsibilities include customer service, events, marketing, and accounts payable and accounts receivable.
