Mitesh Desai, MMM, MHCI
Mr. Desai is responsible for special projects and Patient Centered Medical Home transformation and recognition consulting support. He brings many years of experience in business management, improving business processes and performance, healthcare analytics and project management. Most recently, he successfully managed Quality Measures programs for two area ACOs.
Mr. Desai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master’s degree in Management, both from the University of Mumbai, India. He has also earned his Master’s in Health Care Informatics from the University of Central Florida where he graduated with honors.
Jessica Hinkle, RHIA, AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer
Ms. Hinkle is a Registered Health Information Administrator and an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer who offers training, education and technical assistance consulting to providers and practice staff in the areas of ICD-10 coding, E/M documentation, billing audits, Security Risk Assessments, and HIPAA Compliance. She also provides outreach support and customer service. Prior to her current role, she was an HIM Analyst at Orlando Health. She holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Kelsey Jacobs, MHA, PCMH CCE
Ms. Jacobs is a consultant specializing in Patient Centered Medical Home services. She has a diverse background in both the administrative and clinical sides of ambulatory health care. She holds an M.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert.
Frank Lillo, CHTS-PW
Mr. Lillo is a health information technology consultant with over twenty-five years of business systems experience, including computer systems analysis, implementation workflow and procedure definition, consultative sales, operations and finance.
Prior to joining HealthARCH, he worked at the South Florida Regional Extension Center assisting practices adopt and implement Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and achieve “Meaningful Use” through the CMS EHR Incentive Program. Frank also assists practices with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation and recognition, and the new CMS Quality Payment Program’s MIPS and APM models.
Kelly Dunn Lowenberg, MA, CCS-P, AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer
Ms. Lowenberg is an AHIMA Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Trainer who offers training, education and technical assistance consulting to providers and practice staff in the areas of ICD-10-CM coding, E/M documentation, billing audits, EHR adoption and meaningful use. Ms. Lowenberg holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
Jikal Patel, MHCI
Ms. Patel oversees the analytics, logistics, and financial aspects of HealthARCH, including quality assurance and management processes compliance. She provides guidance in strategic business solutions, whether through report generation, statistical research, or analysis of large qualitative data sets. She served as a member of the ONC Change Advisory Board on pilot programs in support of Health IT efforts nationwide.
Prior to joining HealthARCH, Ms. Patel worked as an IT specialist for government agencies such as the Department of Children and Families as well as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement providing technical assistance and training for numerous systems that have been integral to the improvement of workflow management.
Juan Carlos Plaza, MSBI
Mr. Plaza currently provides practice consulting support for Meaningful Use and MACRA. He has a background in business development and account management in the pharmaceutical and laboratory industries. He is a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. He holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from Florida State University and a M.S. degree in Biomedical Informatics from Nova Southeastern University.
HealthARCH Administrative Staff
Ms. Hersman provides support for business operations and administration. Her responsibilities include customer service, events, marketing, and accounts payable and accounts receivable.
